BIANCA SQUARE

YARN: Scheepjes Catona 100% cotton 50g or 25 g. I have used three differen colours in this square, nr 115, 106 and 179.

HOOK: 3,0 mm

YOU WILL NEED: Scissor and tapestry needle to weave yarn tails in

STITCH GUIDE:

ch – chain

slst – slip stitch

sc – single crochet

dc – double crochet

chsp – chain space

popcorn – 4 dc in same stitch, drop the loop from your hook and insert it in the first dc you’ve made, grab the dropped loop and pull it through the stitch – one popcorn made

GOOD TO KNOW:

Repeat *-* untill the end of the round

Finish all rounds with a sl st

PATTERN:

1: Color nr 179. Start with a magic ring (here is a good tutorial if you are not familiar with how to do a magic ring), Into magic ring, 12 dc, join with sl st. Fasten off. (12 sc)

2: Color nr 106. Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 3 dc into the first dc, drop the loop from your hook and insert it in the first dc you’ve made, grab the dropped loop and pull it through the stitch – one popcorn made, ch2 *1 popcorn, ch2 in every dc * join with sl st to top of the first popcorn made. Fasten off.

3. Color nr 115. Start between any popcorn, ch 3 (counts as first dc), (1 dc, ch3, 2 dc) first corner made * ch5 skip 2 chsp (2 dc, ch3, 2 dc)* join with sl st to top of beg ch 3. Fasten off.

4. Color nr 106. Start in a corner, ch3 (counts as first dc), (1 dc, ch3, 2 dc) first corner made, (1 dc, ch1, 1 dc) in the first chsp from row 2, repeat one more time in the next chsp from row 2 * (2 dc, ch3, 2 dc) in the corner, (1 dc, ch1, 1 dc) in the first chsp from row 2, repeat one more time in the next chsp from row 2* join with sl st to top of beg ch 3. Fasten off.

5. Color nr 115. Start in a corner, ch3 (counts as first dc), (1 dc, ch3, 2 dc) first corner made, (1 dc, ch2, 1 dc) around the ch5sp from row 3, 1 dc between the ”v-stitch from row 4, (1 dc, ch2, 1 dc) around the ch5sp from row 3. *(2 dc, ch3, 2 dc) in the corner, (1 dc, ch2, 1 dc) around the ch5sp from row 3, 1 dc between the ”v-stitch from row 4, (1 dc, ch2, 1 dc) around the ch5sp from row 3* join with sl st to top of beg ch 3

6. Color nr 115. 2 slst, ch3 (counts as first dc), (1 dc, ch3, 2 dc) first corner made, ch 4, 1 sc around the first chsp, ch4, 1 sc around the second chsp, ch 4, *(2 dc, ch3, 2 dc) in the corner, ch 4, 1 sc around the first chsp, ch4, 1 sc around the second chsp, ch 4, join with sl st to top of beg ch 3

7. Color nr 115. 2 slst, ch3 (counts as first dc), (1 dc, ch3, 2 dc) first corner made, ch 4, 1 sc around the first chsp, ch4, 1 sc around the second chsp, ch 4, 1 sc around the third chsp, ch4 *(2 dc, ch3, 2 dc) in the corner, ch 4, 1 sc around the first chsp, ch4, 1 sc around the second chsp, ch 4, 1 sc around the third chsp, join with sl st to top of beg ch 3

8. Color nr 115. Ch3 (counts as first dc) 1 dc in next st, (3 dc, ch1, 3 dc) in the corner, 1 dc in the next 2 dc’s, 4 dc’s in the chsp, repeat 4 times, *1 dc in the next 2 dc’s, (3 dc, ch1, 3 dc) in the corner, 1 dc in the next 2 dc’s, 4 dc’s in the chsp, repeat 4 times* join with sl st to top of beg ch 3. Fasten off.

9. Color nr 179. *Make one sc in each dc, 3 sc’s in the corner.* join with a slst in the first sc. Fasten off.

And now your done!
